Her Story
From surviving to becoming
Lateisha Gregory’s story is one of perseverance, faith, and purpose.
As a young girl, opportunities that many children take for granted—including a consistent education—were beyond her reach. Years of adversity delayed her academic foundation, leaving her significantly behind in reading and learning. Yet what circumstances attempted to withhold, determination refused to surrender.
Rather than allowing her past to define her future, Lateisha chose to pursue education with unwavering commitment. Through perseverance, faith, and countless hours of hard work, she continued learning, earned multiple college degrees, became a Registered Nurse, and built a career dedicated to serving, mentoring, and empowering others.
Today, as an author, transformational speaker, and founder of Lateisha Gregory Enterprises LLC, she draws upon both her personal journey and years of professional experience to encourage individuals, organizations, and communities to recognize that where you begin does not determine where you can go.
Her message is rooted in hope: that healing is possible, purpose can emerge from adversity, and every person has the capacity to grow beyond the limitations of their past. Through her books, speaking engagements, and transformational experiences, she inspires others to embrace resilience, pursue lifelong growth, and step confidently into the life they were created to live.
Background
A Career Dedicated to Serving, Teaching & Empowering Others
Before becoming an author and speaker, Lateisha Gregory built a career centered on helping people grow, overcome challenges, and discover their potential.
Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with adults, adolescents, and individuals facing mental health and behavioral health challenges. Her experience includes supporting trauma-affected youth, encouraging personal growth, and helping individuals develop the confidence and skills needed to build healthier, more productive futures.
In addition to her work in healthcare, Lateisha has served in leadership and educational roles where she mentored aspiring healthcare professionals, many from underserved communities. She was passionate about equipping students with the knowledge, encouragement, and practical skills needed to earn their certifications, enter the workforce, and create opportunities that could positively impact their families and future generations.
Today, as a Registered Nurse, author, and speaker, she continues that same mission by creating transformational experiences that inspire resilience, purpose, leadership, and lasting personal growth.
